Each episode features a group of contestants that vary from episode to episode. The original show had a bunch of 9 new contestants per episode. However, the 2021 reboot has a total of 8 candidates per episode.

Who Is the Host of The Weakest Link?
The show was previously hosted by the icon Anne Robinson, but now Romesh Ranganathan, an esteemed comedian, will be hosting the 2021 revival of The Weakest Link. Well-known for his self-deprecating comedy, Ranganathan has been featured on comedy tv shows such as Taskmaster, Live at the Apollo, Just Another Immigrant, and many more. He has also presented shows like The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan (2018), Judge Romesh (2018,) and The Ranganation (2019-present).
In addition, he has also done quite a few stand-ups and published two books – Straight Outta Crawley: Memoirs of a Distinctly Average Human (2018) and As Good As It Gets: Life Lessons from a Reluctant Adult (2020).

Who Is The Weakest Link Voiceover?
Finally, moving on to the much-awaited answer. You must have found the voice quite familiar if you have watched the show. Why? Because The Weakest Link voiceover is done by no other than Julie Hesmondhalgh, who has taken over the baton from Jon Briggs, the narrator of the previous episodes.
Hesmondhalgh is widely recognized for portraying Hayley Cropper in Coronation Street (1988-2014). Apart from this, Hesmondhalgh has also enacted roles in Cucumber (2015), Happy Valley (2016), Broadchurch (2017), and Doctor Who (2018), amongst others.
